Dear Melissa, Nicolas, Thea, Tessa, Aibo, Anais, Morris, Portia and Miss Maria

We   loved all your  postcards and your letter.  We like Nestle chocolate do you?

The fork in the lake looks silly. It looks like a giant man eating the fish from your lake.

This is Travis. I love everything about buses, trains and trolleys. I am memorizing all of the Septa Bus System. That is our bus company in Philadelphia. How did the bus get into the lake if no one was driving it?

Dear Travis,

We love all kinds of chocolate. Switzerland makes many good chocolates.

The fork does look a little bit silly, but it's the biggest statue in Vevey. We like it because it is so big and it makes you feel really small. Some people take boats to go see it.

The bus rolled into the lake because the bus driver forgot to put the hand break on and the parking lot had a bit of a hill that led directly to the lake. There were no barriers or other cars in the way.

What is your class like? Could you send us some pictures of your class and different things you are learning about? Do you have any photos or postcards of your city? We would like to know more about you.

We hope you enjoy reading our letter and we hope to hear from you soon. Happy New Year!!

From,
Aibo, Anaïs, Melissa, Morris, Nicolas, Portia, Tessa, Théa and Miss. Maria.

Hi.

Mrs. Serra said she will bring us Swiss Chocolate if Dino allows her.

My class is nice. We are all Superheroes. We have capes and masks. We are also designing a t-shirt.

We are in room 207 and have 6 boys. No girls in our class.

Jahlil does not speak. He likes to play with strings and follow Mrs. Serra around. He is a picky eater and likes oreo cookies.

Kalel is funny. Mrs. Serra says he is an actor. He likes to copy what he sees on tv. He likes to read. Sometimes he can be grumpy.

Tyrell likes to smile and give Mrs. Serra hugs. He likes math and gym. He can run faster than Mrs. Serra.

Akeem is very quiet and likes to laugh. Mrs. Serra gets very excited when he talks and answers a question.

Travis is my best friend. He likes buses and the septa buses. He also likes to irish dance. He likes to read our postcards and do math problems. We sometimes call him chatterbox. Can you guess why?

I like to read the postcards and find the flags and countries. I also like to do multiplication and division. I like going on google and looking up stuff.

We are learning how to be gentleman. We also are learning how to read, write and do math. My favorite is when we do science and math.

Dear Aibo, Anaïs, Melissa, Morris, Nicolas, Portia, Tessa, Théa and Miss. Maria,

We will be sending you pictures and cards this weekend. Is there anything you would like from Philadelphia or the USA?

Dear Class 207,

Thanks for telling us about you. We will tell you a little bit about ourselves too.

Tessa is 7 years old and comes from USA and France. She likes to laugh a lot. She can be a little bit cheeky sometimes. Tessa loves to draw and gymnastics. She sometimes falls and hurts herself. She had a broken leg last semester. When we went to the supermarket, we had to put her in the trolley to take her around the shop.

Morris is 8 years old and comes from Holland. He is very creative and sometimes can be very mischevous and a little naughty. Morris is a bit like Travis - a chatterbox! He likes to make jokes and make others laugh. He is also very caring.

Nicolas s 6 years old and comes from Switzerland and China. He has a lot of energy and loves to run around. He likes to eat healthy food. He never eats any sweets. Nicolas likes dragons and dinosaurs. Nicolas is very good at drawing the human body!

Théa is 9 years old and comes from Bulgaria and France. Théa is very kind and helping others, especially the younger children in the class. She likes teaching all the things she knows. Théa is very good at maths, especially multiplication! Théa says she likes everything!

Melissa is 10 years old and comes from England. She can be a little bit crazy and she loves making everyone laugh. She is always ready to help others, especially when they are hurt. Melissa loves TY Beanie Boos and she loves making things.

Anaïs is 8 years old and comes from Switzerland and France. She is very caring and a good friend. Anaïs loves to be silly and can be a bit of a chatterbox, like Travis and Morris. Anaïs also loves TY Beanie Boos and doing yoga.

Portia is 12 years old and comes from the Philippines. She does not talk a lot, like Akeem. She has the neatest writing in this class! Portia likes to laugh a lot and really loves drawing. She thinks Beanie Boos are very cute and she loves pink.

Aibo is almost 8 years old and comes from Switzerland and China. He likes to laugh and can be a bit silly. Aibo sometimes gets a little bit angry. He loves playing bingo and Nicolas is his little brother. Aibo is very good at math.

Miss Maria is 28 years old and comes from Spain, Switzerland and a few other places. She absolutely loves penguins. She has two class penguins called Mary and Theo. The class says she is a very nice teacher, but can sometimes get a little bit upset. Miss. Maria is very tall.

We are very excited about receiving your letter. If you can, we would like to know a bit more about the USA, so some photos or postcards would be great. We are now doing a unit on Explorers and Inventors - Are there any famous American Exlplorers or Inventors?
What are you learning about?

Have a good weekend.

From,

Tessa, Melissa, Théa, Anaïs, Morris, Portia, Aibo, Nicolas and Miss. Maria.
