The Winter Olympics were in Russia this year. It was very far away from Moscow.

Die Sendung mit der Maus, Cologne, Germany

We received a big package from a Germany TV show, Die Sendung mit der Maus (The Program with the Mouse) . This is a german children's TV show. Mrs. Serra used to watch it when she was a child. We got tons of neat stuff from them. Thank you very much for thinking of us.

London, United Kingdom

In England they speak British English. They also have a king and a queen. We do not have a king and a queen. They drive on the opposite side of the road.

What kind of money do they use in England?

Dear Melissa, Nicolas, Thea, Tessa, Aibo, Anais, Morris, Portia and Miss Maria

We   loved all your  postcards and your letter.  We like Nestle chocolate do you?

The fork in the lake looks silly. It looks like a giant man eating the fish from your lake.

This is Travis. I love everything about buses, trains and trolleys. I am memorizing all of the Septa Bus System. That is our bus company in Philadelphia. How did the bus get into the lake if no one was driving it?

Stavanger, Norway

The houses in Norway looked interesting. What are they made out of? Do they drive cars in Norway?

Thank you Marcia Banks

Ticino, Switzerland

La Vienne, France

Dear Karine,

Thank you for all the pictures. We found the answer to your question. Why is La Vienne names this? That area is names after a very important river called Vienne. In Vienne  they have the Futuroscope, it is a theme park. They also make goat cheese. We have never tried goat cheese before. They also have old castles, churches and old roman ruins. Do they have a colluseum?

Istanbul, Turkey

Thank you Marcia and Ron Banks

Is Istanbul in Europe or Asia? We learned that Istanbul is in two continents. Which means it is bi-continental.
